Reporting and AI-Powered Features Virtual Technician Improvements: Prompt Completions and Reboot Support Virtual Technician, a powerful automation solution, keeps enhancing! The prompt field has been improved to auto-suggest completion of the prompt, which means less typing and errors, and faster plan creation. Additionally, Virtual Technician can now properly reconnect after a reboot, resuming the Virtual Technician plan. Learn more! Clone reports and refine custom widgets Duplicate and adapt existing reports to suit similar use cases, and fine-tune custom widgets to better align with specific analytical requirements. Enhanced AI-powered session notes AI-powered session notes just got more powerful with improved accuracy, the introduction of chapters to organize and quickly find relevant information, time stamps, and formatting improvements. End-user custom fields now available in Helpdesk and Inventory Provide smoother support to end-users by having custom details readily available within helpdesk tickets and inventory details.
