We're happy to announce that a highly requested quality-of-life improvement has been released, Agents can now paste user name and password on the Windows login screen in remote support sessions.
- How to use this feature?
- Start an Unattended session to managed device where end-user not present
- In-session
- Make sure Clipboard sync is enabled on toolbar
- Copy any content on local device
- Paste into any of the input fields (username or password) on Windows login screen (it will automatically insert the content of the clipboard as keystrokes)
