I'm excited to share our next installments of videos for our Feature Features series where we bring on product experts to share quick demos of features - new and old - within Resolve and how they can simplify your day-to-day. So let's jump into the videos.
For our first two videos we're joined by one of our all-star Product Managers, Wiebke Quaas. Wiebke walks us through two very exciting AI features which will save agents and admins significant time.
First up is our improved Session Notes. With this AI-powered feature, you can have comprehensive notes automatically created following remote sessions, saving you considerable time and improving documentation.
Next we have an exciting reporting enhancement now in open beta - Customizable Reports. With this feature you can create on-demand charts and tables from any data in your Resolve environment just by asking in natural language.
And lastly Eva Szantai, the Senior Product Manager heading our mobile capabilities, joins us to walk through our Android unattended access. With the recent update, which extends remote access to any device running Android OS, you can now expand your support to mobile and field devices, POS machines, and more.
