Customizable Helpdesk Service Email
Now, GoTo Resolve admins can setup a personalized Helpdesk service email address that reflects their unique identity, while also making it easier for end-users to remember. Setting up a custom email address is a straightforward process within GoTo Admin settings.
Patch Management: Windows Application Updates
Adding to GoTo Resolve’s patch management capabilities, it is now possible to update third-party applications across Windows devices from GoTo Resolve’s console. Whether looking to update a single device or managing a group of them, IT teams have the flexibility to install all available updates or choose specific ones to deploy.
Enhanced Device Filtering
Bringing additional device filtering capabilities, this enhancement brings a better device segmentation experience to IT admins and agents.
