LogMeIn Rescue has saved us countless times. From users unable to VPN in and therefore not able to be controlled (or work for that matter) to users unable to communicate what is currently on the screen and a pair of eyes remotely saves so much time, you have allowed us to continue forth.

One thing I'd like to see is the ability to always request elevated permissions for each session. Even if it has to prompt the user, but remoting in, then asking to elevate and then finally connecting would just save a step. I get it that the user COULD run the software as admin and skip the step, but I don't expect a user to do that.
