Introducing the MS Teams Integration for Rescue!

We are excited to announce that the MS Teams Integration for Rescue is now available in the MS Teams store. 

 

What is it? 

  • Rescue ensures Technicians using MS Teams can work efficiently and improve satisfaction of their end-customer by reducing their wait time for troubleshooting.
  • Rescue for MS Teams, offers the possibility to create & share remote session process to troubleshoot end-customer issues from MS Teams Chat, instead of context switching on different portals.

How does it work? 

  • MS Teams users can download and install the Rescue app from the Microsoft App Source Marketplace
  • Once the Rescue account is configured to the Rescue app in MS Teams,  Technicians can access the functionalities of the app.
  • From the MS Teams Rescue app, Technicians can create and share a Rescue remote session with just one bot command.
  • Technicians can also visualize all the active Rescue remote session queue information easily from this app on the Queue tab
