Please download one of the following based on your environment: 

• Technician Console Desktop App for Mac
• Technician Console Desktop App for Mac - EU

Fixes in this Release: 

• The Desktop Technician Console can be started as intended from the My account page.
• Fixed an issue when customers could not start sessions from the Technician Console.
• Access Wizard can now be installed as intended.
