Who does this affect?
All Global [US-based] customers who use Rescue Lens.
When do I need to take action?
It is recommended that you allow the new IP addresses as soon as possible. However, it’s critical to add the IPs to your Firewall/Proxy on or after May 4th, 2022 to avoid disruption with the Recue Lens service.
What if I allowlist by domains instead of IP addresses?
UPDATE: Users must allow the following domains in their firewall rules to use Rescue Lens:
- *.remoteview.logmein.com
- turn.console.gotoassist.com
- For networks explicitly filtering outbound destination ports and protocols, the following ports are used on Rescue Lens side and Rescue Nextgen media: 15000 (UDP traffic) or 443 (TCP traffic) for Rescue media sessions.
