Rescue Release - 7/14/2022

New Feature!   To exclude Remote Control on mobile devices, follow these steps:

1. Log into the Admin Console 
2. Select a Technician Group on the left tree
3. Click on the Organization tab at the top of the screen
4. In the Permissions section, add a checkmark to Excluding remote control for mobile devices
5. Click Save

Fixes: 

• An issue that prevented the remote control of certain desktops was fixed 
• An outdated AD Sync file was updated
