Purpose:
- The certificate we use to sign SAML 2.0 authentication requests initiated from the Rescue login page will expire on November 28th, 2022.
- Therefore, we will be renewing the certificate on November 22th 2022.
What to expect :
If your security policy requires that certain certificates issued by external service providers (such as Rescue) need be explicitly trusted in advance, you might need to add this certificate to your company’s Trusted Certificate Store before we start using the new one for digital signing.
There are two scenarios to consider:
1. If the technicians in your company are not using the SP-initiated login method, then you should not be affected by this change:

- EU Standard Rescue Login: https://secure.logmeinrescue.eu/Account/Login/Sso

2. If our SAML 2.0 signing certificate was imported in your Identity Provider by downloading our SAML 2.0 metadata from one of the following, then you may need to re-import this metadata into your Identity Provider after we complete the renewal:
- Standard Rescue: https://secure.logmeinrescue.com/sso/saml2/metadata
- Must be logged into https://secure.logmeinrescue.com to access metadata
- EU Standard Rescue: https://secure.logmeinrescue.eu/sso/saml2/metadata

- Must be logged into https://secure.logmeinrescue-enterprise.com to access metadata
