Remote Control Toolbar not available via Chromebook?

Hello,

I've been using LogMeIn from my employer for nearly 2 months now with no issues using Windows 7 or Windows 10 devices.

I recently purchased a Chromebook for home use - have downloaded all the necessary apps.

I can connect to my work computer just fine - however, I am unable to see the remote control toolbar when using my Chromebook - (am trying to connect to my home printer).

What am I doing wrong?
