What is background access?
I've been reading that we got our plan upgraded and now one of the features is Background Access, how does it work, when does it get implemented??

It allows you to monitor and manage the computer without actually starting a remote control session and take over the UI from the user. You can copy files, start/stop services/processes, run commands, change users/registry etc..
