Custom field issue

We have a number of account wide custom fields on our incidents.  As of today every custom field is defaulting to 'Yes' when they are usually not (not ticked).  This is causing major issues for our reporting and analysis.

What has changed???

    We're aware of the issue, the problem began yesterday and was reported this morning. We are intending to release the fix about an hour from now.
