customer says his account is locked out, password reset send but still locked out, the following says
https://care.citrixonline.com/article/000340078 shows how to unlock but there is no option to do that on the customer screen

The option to unlock a customer's account is only visible when the account is still locked. It would appear the reset email worked, so they may just want to close out any open web browser windows and login using a new one.
