Is there a mobile app (iPhone/Android) for accessing Service Desk?
If not, is one in the works?

Sandro - Italy - Or at least a website optimized for mobile. Other solutions have it.

- There is an iPhone app in development, we're very close to opening it up to beta testers. If you're interested I can let everyone in this thread know how to get it when we're ready.
- Currently evaluating the service desk add on, the lack of a mobile platform could be a deal breaker. Any updates on this question?

- In the meantime a simple webapp with api calls for specific information has been pretty useful for me.
