Is there a way to restore deleted ticket?

I've accidentally deleted a ticket and need to bring it back. Is there a way to do this in gotoassist?

    Hi Tony,
    I'm afraid deleted Service Desk Incidents cannot be brought back.  You should however, still see the Incident on your Time Report if your user account is listed as a Time User or Admin.
