"Support address" sending in tickets via email stopped working with the patch today
Hi guys,
After updating our software this morning, we are no longer receiving any tickets for emails sent to our support address. I checked the setting " Enable support address: helpdesk@domain.com " and confirmed it was still checked. The mails are going out okay, but are never being made into tickets.

Sorry for any frustration this caused you, there was an issue with Service Desk email yesterday http://status.gotoassist.com/ - Joshua Davidson10 years agoActive ContributorUpdate: All emailed tickets for the day came through from 4:30pm-7:30pm after we left and it looks like they are back to working properly now.
