Local Recording and Cloud Recording at the same time

Dear Support,

 

Can I local record and cloud record at the same time. because both aren't working me at the same time. either local or cloud .

    Hi Mahmoud,

    The only way to record a local copy and cloud copy simultaneously might be to join the meeting from a different device as an Attendee, then upgrade it to Organizer while in session.  The hosting organizer could then use the Cloud to store the recording while the separate co-organizer receives a local copy.

     

    ** If recording is failing for you however, we'd like some more details about the setup you're utilizing to host GoToMeetings with.
