Audio stops working after sometime
During meetings, the audio stops functioning entirely for both the organizer and attendees. This issue has been persisting for the past two days and affects multiple accounts across different sessions. Observations: When the audio issue occurs, attempting to join the meeting via the mobile app and communicating does not resolve the problem. Restarting the meeting temporarily restores audio functionality, but the issue reoccurs after a while. Is there an issue with gotomeeting service? Looking for a resolution.jayakumar_b4 days agoNew Member3Views0likes0CommentsMissing Feature - Remote Control Everyone
I've already complained about this feature being missing on the new go to meeting app about a month ago and am waiting for this simple feature to be re-added. Will keep updating this post. Here's a screenshot from the old GTM.SolvedGTMFeedBack36 days agoActive Contributor68Views0likes5CommentsRequest for Guidance on Legacy Token Usage for GoTo Meeting Add-In
Hello, We are currently conducting a review of all add-ins used within our organization in preparation for Microsoft's deprecation of legacy authentication tokens scheduled for February 2025. During this review, we discovered that the GoTo Meeting add-in is listed in our exported data from Microsoft as utilizing legacy tokens. Given the upcoming changes, we would like to understand the following: Does the GoTo Meeting add-in currently depend on legacy authentication tokens or callback tokens? If so, are there plans to transition the add-in to use modern authentication protocols? Do we, as administrators, need to take any specific steps to ensure the continued functionality of the add-in beyond February 2025? For your reference, you can find more information about Microsoft’s deprecation of legacy authentication tokens and their impact on add-ins here: - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dev/add-ins/outlook/faq-nested-app-auth-outlook-legacy-tokens#can-i-turn-exchange-online-legacy-tokens-back-on - https://github.com/OfficeDev/office-js/tree/release/add-in-ids Thank you in advance for your assistance. Hi, I forgot to enable recording for a recent GoTo Meeting session, and the chat logs were not saved. Is there any way to retrieve the chat logs, such as through temporary files or server backups? Thank you for your help!SolvedEP_M25 days agoVisitor37Views0likes1CommentRemove Phone camera

GoTo Meeting does not appear to have any in-meeting or user settings that allow users to "mute" / disable visual notifications of chat messages, which is a major accessibility problem for any attendees with cognitive processing disabilities (i.e ADHD). Does anyone in the community know if this issue has previously been raised / if there are plans to address it?randommiscreant2 months agoNew Member40Views0likes2CommentsCannot take any Remote Control
Hi, Since the switch the the 'new' desktop app a few months ago, things have been bad. But they have been really bad the last two days. No matter what happens, I cannot take Remote Control of attendee computers. They share their screen and they click Control and grant me access. I receive the popup that I have been given access and I click to take remote control. And then it just doesnt work. This has happened several times with several different attendees located in different states. I am basically at my wits end with GoToMeeting at this point. Does anyone have any suggestions?SolvedCybTech2 months agoNew Member192Views0likes16CommentsAutomatic volume and noise processing - Option to switch off - please make available
Unfortunately the new version of Goto doesn't support to switch off the "Automatic volume and noise processing" as it was possible in the classic version which we could use until some days ago. This option is needed when you have meetings with choir music, hymns etc. because the automatic processing leads to a very poor transmission of the choir music, hymns. It's impossible to enjoy the hymns... I know that this option is used by many church services to broadcast both the singing and the sermon so that old people can enjoy although the are not able to attend the church service. So, please make this option available, as it was implemented in the classic V10.Solvedstefan_schueler2 months agoActive Contributor237Views2likes8Comments
