Profile picture doesn't show in Gotomeeting

I've updated my profile picture in my account settings via the website. This profile picture does not show up in the gotomeeting app.

 

I would like to have this show when my camera is turned off. I don't see a way to do this in the app preferences.

    Hi Christastic

    Try this manual removal technique by locating <user>\AppData\Local\Temp\G2MWTMyProfile

     

    Then delete the picture there, and upload a fresh version thereafter.
