Recording on Android Tablet

Hi,

I have Samsung Tablet S6 Lite with Android version 10

I download the GoToMeeting app but the record button is missing, as shown in the attached picture

Note that cloud recording is already enabled so I do not think that is the problem

Is there a way to enable recording?

If your default behavior is to record to the cloud, then there should definitely be a 'Record' button in the GoTo app on your Android: https://support.goto.com/meeting/help/record-a-meeting-android-g2m660013

I have GoToMeeting Business plan
I used cloud recording tens of times, but usually from my Macbook. This is the first time I am trying Android.

Fahed Do you have a GoToMeeting Business or Enterprise plan? (Currently Cloud Recording is only offered on these tiers).

If so have you ever recorded to the cloud before? If not, then you may have to log into your online Admin Center to confirm that Cloud Recording is engaged there.
