Unable to record meeting on android

Hi!

Why am I unable to record the meeting that I host through my android mobile phone?

I would like to record the meeting with video of only the person speaking. It works on computer system but not on mobile phone. In fact, when I record meeting on mobile phone, it says Sorry. Your meeting cannot be recorded.

Please help me solve this problem soon so that I can continue with my work.

    Hi Jagat,

    To record from mobile devices you need to have Cloud Recording functionality activated, which requires a GoToMeeting Business or Enterprise plan currently.
