My recording didn't happen!!!
I'm about to lose it. I just finished a 6 hour training. I made sure to hit record and the record option was on the entire time with a message that said it was recording to my Documents folder. I finished the training and I only see one WEBM file with 9KB. Please tell me that I'm panicking and that somehow it's going to magically bring the recording over. Otherwise, I'm going to have to spend more time out of my schedule re-recording it for my attendees to have access to what we went over.

KateG I have the exact same issue as ThatPayrollGuy. Recorded a 45 minute training session in GoToMeeting to my Documents and it is just a 9kb WebM file that doesn't open in VLC or Handbrake as instructed in your link. Please help.
