The Reminder Email
I was having a training scheduled to be held in June however rescheduled it to October, however the reminder email ie the 1 day and 1 hr did not update and is still set to go off on the previous date. Please advice
Hi CIFAEDU welcome to the Community! GoTo Training reminder emails are set to go 1 week, 1 day and/or 1 hour before your training, depending on what you select in the reminder email settings. When is your training in October and where do you see that the reminder will be sent corresponding with the previous date?
