How to disable registration form for webinar recording?
Hi,
We've recently done a webinar (just a test really), and now I've managed to embed the recording on a landing page (publishing it first to GoToStage, which seems a bit superfluous...). This landing page is behind a registration form of our marketing automation platform. But the embed also asks for a registration to GTW just to watch it. I've already checked and my GoToStage account is not set to private.
How can I disable this extra form?
Hi Bob2245
Basic registration (email address and name), is required for viewing GoToWebinar videos and the information is fed into your analytics. You can download the recording from your videos in your GoToWebinar account and upload it to another hosting service like YouTube if you wish to make it public with our registration.

Thank you Kate.
I was referring to the HubSpot/GoTo plug in, where the data is captured in HubSpot, THEN sent to GTW (seamlessly to the end user).
It would be nice to have rebroadcasts and/or GoToStage have the same functionality. - KateG2 years agoGoTo Manager
Hi OneCohesive,
The information Glenn mentions stands for Hubspot
To watch the recording people have to enter a name and email. There's no way around registering except downloading the recording and uploading it to another place.
