Desktop App not showing all Tenants
Hello,
I can't use the app (Desktop version: 1.13.0.130) because it doesn't show all the Tenants (from the web app it does) or all the groups and consequently I don't see some PCs, do you have any idea how I can do it, I've already tried to install and reinstall the app (also deleting any remaining folders) but I can't find a solution.

between the desktop console and the web console, 4 groups were missing, I went into GoTo Admin and I noticed that users were missing from many groups, about 9 / 10 but that were visible, among these there were also those 4 that were missing, I assigned the user, I signed out from the app desk and I came back and magically they returned ....
search and search in the end you find something ...

I did the tests you said but nothing changes, 4 groups are missing and are not displayed
Can you please try switching between the different views in both the desktop and the web console? I have tested and they should match when the same view is selected in both.

Can you please check the Focus view that is selected in both the desktop app and in the browser, are they set to the same thing?
