SMS Compliance form too many evidence images

I am trying to resubmit the application after getting everything sorted out with our webpage. However I went to try and upload a updated screenshot of our webpage and now there are 6 example evidence images when the max is 5 so it will no longer let me submit.

    Hi BarbaraPerezLaw, I see that you still have an open support ticket from 3/27/25 so I have added a comment that you need help removing images before you can submit your registration again.

    I see you contacted customer support today and the support team provided a link with directions on how to proceed. Was the issue resolved?

    Hi danboz59, I heard back from the team and they did not see a 10DLC Brand or Campaign registration started for you. I gave them the email address you used to register for the community.

    I just created the discussion and asked to have all the images removed from my application and they did a few hours later.
