JOD If you have checked with your bank and they aren't withholding payment, the quickest route would be to contact customer support directly.

I'm getting exactly the same issue when trying to renew our Hamachi subscription, was there a solution to the issue without having to call support? Thanks.

The problem is not solved!!! Three days have passed since the last message from KateG, no one wrote to me after that or helped me in any way. About two weeks I can not pay, and can not use hamachi.
