Please help, can't buy a Hamachi suscription

I want to buy a Hamachi Standard suscription, but it doesn't show at all. Can you help me please?

    Hi doomgod sorry about this, I'm not sure what happened. I asked the team to send an equote to the email address you used here. Can you check your email?

    Dear KateG,

    Thank you for your message.
    It seems I may have missed the time window, as I wasn’t able to access my account earlier.
    Currently, the Quotes section shows “No quotes available”.

    Would it be possible to resend the eQuote?

    When I click on "Buy Hamachi Subscriptions" I am immediately redirected to admin.goto.com. I also cannot select a different subscription in network properties - it is greyed out.

    Hi doomgod,

     

    Please try the following:

    • Go to https://vpn.net/ and click Log in at the top right corner of the webpage
    • Log into your Hamachi account and select Networks > My Networks from the menu on the left
    • Click on the Buy Hamachi Subscriptions button
    • You should see this on the next page:

    Hi, I have the same problem.
    I've used the Hamachi subscription (Standard, for 6–32 clients) for several years — not always continuously, but I renewed it multiple times when needed.

    Now I can't find any way to purchase or renew the same subscription. All links redirect me to GoTo's general licensing page, but it only shows very expensive bundles unrelated to Hamachi.

    Could someone from the team help me get back a personal license just for Hamachi?

    Hi dulcec 

     

    It appears you already have an account associated with your email address which is why you are being directed to the GoTo Admin page. Our support team is going to send you an eQuote for a Standard Hamachi subscription. You can access the eQuote from your email or in GoTo Admin by clicking on Billing > Quotes menu to see it

    Hi dulcec, are you trying to purchase for the first time or renew an existing subscription? When you are signed into your logmein.com account do you see this?
