    The team confirmed they issue was fixed on 9/18. Are you still experiencing this?

    Do you think it can be solved? I'm having trouble because I can't use the service for 2 weeks.

    I see you have a corporate account with the email you are using and you should have access.

    I'm sorry to hear this. Can you explain a bit more about what is happening? How are you tying to access Pro? Have you attempted any troubleshoots?
