Hi, I would like to cancel my Hamachi subscription, but it is not possible to do it online. The only way is through the support service, exclusively by phone (??). Hi, I have tried to log a support case but the page is constantly reloading therefore I need to post here. Our endpoint security product has detected the lmiinfo.sys as being an potentially unsafe application. Having looked into this, we can see a PoC to exploit this vulnerability for privilege escalation to SYSTEM permissions. https://github.com/alfarom256/LogMeInPoCHandleDup We have checked and there's no update available for the LogMeIn clients. Could you please confirm when this will be patched and whether there's any action required on our side? Hi, I know there have been posts to correct the issue but cannot find a solution. Have correct window size on host but mouse nearly impossible to see especiallly when a entry staight line. I've been using Logmein Pro for many years. I am confused about how GoTo now is related to Logmein. But anyway, here's my issue: I can login to Logmein and see my remote computer; everything looks fine. But I cannot connect to it using the Logmein CLIENT that launches when trying to connect using REMOTE CONTROL. I find that the Sync Clipboard works very erratically. I have a computer onwhich it never works. I have a computer onwhich it sometimes works. And I have a computer onwhich it works reliably. I have been unable to find a solution for this issue. I have checked whether the option is selected or not, and I have cycled the selection from off to on again. I have tested different browsers. I have used the Client. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Client. I do not know what else to do. I am a user of paid LogMeIn Pro. Hi, I have the same problem. Everytime a desktop is rebooted I have the update popup. I have more than 200 desktops in my logmein account and connect to each of them to manually do the update would be a large waste of time. Is there a way to update automatically remote hosts ? Hello, For some reason, i`m getting this when i`m trying to login to LogmeIn Client: Your computer is offline Sorry, LogMeIn requires an Internet connection. Please check your network. (for some reason, i dont have permission to upload screenshot) Obviously, i do have internet and nothing wrong with the internet connection, as i`m able to surf and use the internet.
