Single sided printing

Question

Just added new printer. I need to remote print and i can not single side print when using it remotely. The printer is able to single side print if not printing through Log Me in.&nbsp; Solution?Thanks

If that solutions doesn't work can you tell me more about your setup? Are you using/connecting to a Windows or Mac, what OS are you on?&nbsp;
