Je suis troublé par le cauchemar que je vis. N'étant pas satisfait du service proposé par l'application, je souhaite annuler mon abonnement, or il n'y a aucune possibilité de le faire. J'avais déjà eu le problème l'année dernière et je n'y étais pas non plus parvenu. Par contre vous me ponctionner annuellement d'une centaine d'euros. Ma carte de banque étant arrivée à expiration, j'ai reçu de votre par un message m'indiquant que si je ne mettais pas à jour les données de celle-ci j'aurais une interruption de service. Ce qui m'arrangeait. Mais aujourd'hui je découvre que LogmeIn a quand même réussi à débiter une carte dont il n'a pas les données complètes : COMMENT AVEZ-VOUS FAIT ??? I find that the Sync Clipboard works very erratically. I have a computer onwhich it never works. I have a computer onwhich it sometimes works. And I have a computer onwhich it works reliably. I have been unable to find a solution for this issue. I have checked whether the option is selected or not, and I have cycled the selection from off to on again. I have tested different browsers. I have used the Client. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Client. I do not know what else to do. I am a user of paid LogMeIn Pro. Hi everyone One of our customers reported to us that the display on mobile app (Samsung phone) is completely unreadable like this screenshot. The remote screen is OK for us on mobile app and desktop version. We have already updated the mobile app. Thanks in advance for your help. Last year I bought a Macbook Air 15" (2023) M2 chip. Once a week I'm able to work from home, where I take over my Windows PC at work by the Logmein Pro app (both at home and at work I work with two external monitors). When I install the Logmein Pro app on my Macbook, it is possible to take over my Windows PC at work. However, I have two annoying issues: 1) When I type something (by my Macbook at home with the Logmein Pro app) on my Windows PC at work, my "Macbook keyboard" “switch” into a QWERTY-keyboard (while all settings are correct on both Macbook and Windows PC at work). Moreover, when I leave the Logmein Pro app on my Macbook, the "Macbook keyboard" has again “switched” to an azerty keyboard (= like normal). 2) It isn’t possible to drag a tab (f.e. Microsoft Edge, Word, Excel,..) (by my Macbook at home with the Logmein Pro app) on my Windows PC at work from one screen to the other screen. Moreover, when I leave the Logmein app on my Macbook, I can drag perfectly the tabs (f.e. Safari, Ical,..) from one screen to the other. Would anyone have a solution for the issues above? Hello everyone, I have been using LogMeIn to remotely access my office computer,, and while it works well most of the time, I have recently noticed significant lag during remote sessions. Actions like opening apps or navigating files have a delay of several seconds, which wasn’t an issue before: Here’s some info on my setup ::- Both computers (remote and host) have strong internet connections (above 100 Mbps). I’ve made sure no heavy apps are running in the background on either end. I’ve also tried switching between the default connection speed settings and even lowering quality, but the issue persists. Has anyone else encountered this recently: ?? I am wondering if it could be a recent update or something I am overlooking in the settings. I would appreciate any insights or fixes you have found helpful.
