Does the current version of LogMeIn Pro support MacOS Catalina? Just upgraded to Catalina last night and I am able to remotely connect to the device device, however, I cannot manage it. A customer I support got an error dialog box, "LogMeIN Guardian has detected a problem with the LogMeIn software on this machine". He supplied no other details regarding what he was doing at the time or how long the session had been established with the host. I connected to his laptop and there are no malware infections reported by HitMan Pro or Norton. The event viewer entry for this event is: LogMeIn Guardian has detected a problem with the LogMeIn software installed on this machine. The problem is locally identified by the following reference ID: 'e564efd936b4fa136c2f2fc87cfcc592'. There are no other remarkable events in the event viewer. Any idea what happened? I have 7 host computers that must run Windows XP (proprietary POS only works on XP for now). Logmein is working fine on these computer still (host software v4.1.0.9498) but I need to replace one of the computers and the current Logmein installer won't install on XP. Of course, Tech Supt was no help. Does anyone have an older installer. LogMeIn had me download an update before using the login client recently and since then I have been unable to use the match screen resolution feature. Work monitor is 1920x1080, home monitor is 1680x1050 (it was an old spare that was laying around because my 1920x1080 died, have been using it this way for 3 months now)... It worked fine up until the update the other day, now when I click match resolution it bounces between the 2 resolutions and then returns to 1920x1080 which is squished and very small of a view on the 1680x1050. It won't allow me to select it manually, it just bounces again as if I click "Match resolution". I'm using LogMeIn to access my home PC from a remote PC that is using LogMeIn Client. All of a sudden, LogMeIn changed my screen resolution at home to 640x480. It used to be something like 1920x1080. LogMeIn has moved all of my program icons, filling the screen. And many of my applications are so compressed that they can't be used. I've tried to follow many of your threads to change the resolution back, and only 640 shows. Also, the display menus on my home PC are locked and cannot scroll down to where the screen resolution content is. So I can't even change it on the home server PC. How do I change my home PC's screen resolution back to what it was from my remote PC? Or, via another route, how do I get the screen resolution menus to scroll so I can see the entire set of options and the APPLY icon? User is on a latop at home connected to a printer via usb and wants to be able to print from the remote session (work computer) to the usb printer (local printer). Is this possible with logmein?
