LogMeIn says conputer is offline, but it is not. I am on a Mac

My logmein pro was working fine until last week. The host say's it is offline but it is enabled, I work on it everyday.I can log onto other computers in the group put not the host. I am using windows 7. A rep came in and reset it and it worked fine while she was on the line, but when i had to reboot it started all over.  I went in and made sure that the sleep mode  and hypronate mode were at never. What else can I do?
