Subscription Fees
Have used the system to great effect over the years, but the prices kept increacing unreasonably. I cancelled my subscription with them around 6 months ago as i dont use it anymore. You cant do this online as the website does not allow for account changes! I called them to do this, however they have taken the money out of our account this week without authorisation or notice. Not happy, please beware. I have raised a dispute with my bank.
