Unable to control when Logged in

Hello.&nbsp;I am able to connect and see the other computer but my mouse and keyboard have no control? Any help is greatly appreciated.&nbsp;Canon

Since the problem began, have you been able to troubleshoot that host by rebooting or reinstalling LMI Pro?
