HAMACHI RELAYED TUNNEL OR RELAYED

So a friend of mine has been using hamachi but the problem is he has been getting relayed tunnel. I have no clue whatsoever what this thing has to do with anything. What we're playing is Minecraft and to go into the server is use hamachi. The problem now is that my friend here has relayed tunnel on his hamachi. This means he can't connect to it whatsoever. Now, he tried using his 3G and it worked but not on his own network. Can someone please help with this fix? Thanks
