I am not able to Create a Technician in the necessary Technician Team
Hi Team, My manager - Master Administrator - added me as an Administrator in the Administration Centre but I am not able to Create a Technician in the necessary Technician Team. This is the error "Error: You do not have rights to access this item". Nor can I change password for Technicians. Can you assist us? Thanks Gary

Hi Gary,
It sounds like your administrative permissions might be limited. Be sure that your admin has not restricted your permissions to the Command Center only, and then try to follow these instructions on adding new Technicians.
