Accessing Quickbooks Files Remotely, Hub and Spoke Setup

We are trying to access a quickbook file remotely from our office using the Hub and Spoke Setup, the Problem is only one can access the file,other user will not be able to open the file. But in the office,multiple users can access the file with no problems.
