Add User issue

When I try to add a User to access a specific Host, I get this:

I can enter an email address, but there's no button to continue. Also, the User Group dropdown is blank.

Suggestions?

    Welcome to the Community, sorry for the posting issues. I see that you reached out to support and it appears that there may have been browser issues with the Edge landing page, it looks as if they were able to resolve it. Let us know if you need any other assistance.
