Are the contents/credentials encrypted inside of the deployed msi/exe install package?

We build an msi to install on client's computers which automaticall puts them into our company's group.   Are our credentials recoverable inside this msi/exe that we need to be concerned about proper deletion of this install file after install?    Can any private information be extracted?
