Hi sanri, Welcome to the Community.
One thing to keep in mind is to view your payment information or history, as well as renewal options, you need to be signed in as the Master Account Holder, if you are not the master account holder you will not see billing information. Once signed in with the master account you can navigate to the GoTo Admin and select Billing.
If this does not solve the issue, I do see that you currently have a case open, someone from out team will reach out soon.

I have the admin user account, the menu appears, but when I try to enter subscriptions or pricing, it doesn't finish loading.
