I have the master account, i can see the history and my info. But the goto admin page dont work. I cant see nothing, only the history payments . I have tried in other computers, windows, linux and mac and the same. And i need to renew the suscription.

I see that on 11/5 our support team requested that you call so they can remote into your system to see what is happening. Have you tried calling?
