boldchat reports about NPS ← link between score and comment is missing

I know in report, we can find the NPS score, the NPS comments, but if I’m right, we cannot see the link between the score and the comment. w don’t know the score for each comment. Could this be added?

    That is more of an aggregate report, so it's not really designed for 'line by line' reporting. I believe that you can pull the information you are looking for using our Rest based APIs though.
