puedes darme mas detalles? ¿Se ha conectado correctamente a esta computadora en el pasado?

Hola si me he conectado anteriormente sin problema, de echo tengo mas equipos en la misma red a los cuales tengo acceso sin problema, por tal motivo descarto problemas de firewall o av.
En el apartado de detalles no me muestra mas información, anexo pantallazo.
De los 3 pasos de seguridad al establecer la conexión se truena en el 3ro.
Conectar a la red ✔️
Activar el encriptado✔️
Verificar identidad ❌
al final solo me muestra este error.
error:0A000410:lib(20)::reason(1040)

I cant connect with one of PCs that i have acces in LogMeIn
give the following error:
error occurred: error:0a000410:lib(20)::reason(1040)
i uninstall and reinstall fresh copy an get the same error

Hi Jahmil!
Welcome to the GoTo Community.It seems that the new version of LogMeIn service cannot load its old certificate.
To fix it no need to reinstall LogMeIn.
Run this command in an administrator command prompt on the computer you want to access, to regenerate the service's certificate:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\LogMeIn\x64\LogMeIn.exe" cert -createca -createsc
Please note that auto-login from the client will fail for the first time. Then it should be working.
