Cannot log into Windows 10 Computer Desktops
We can use, File Transfer, CMD prompt, Computer Mgmt but we cannot remote into there desktops - Very fustrating with over 500 computers.... We need some money back....OR A VERY QUICK FIX

Are all of these PCs on the same LAN?
Have you had any luck troubleshooting with someone physically at one of those workstations? If not, which methods did you attempt to troubleshoot with?
Have you contacted Customer Support for assistance?
