central access report doesnt match real user access dates
I am using logmein central for remote access to office PCs, but when I review Central report to check users access it doesnt match the access dates obtain from local servers login events for the same...
Hi merv1, welcome to the community.
Can you please check if the time zone selected in your Central Account Settings is the same as your local server? I believe the reports use that time zone.

Yes the time zone is correct, what baffled me is that the user says connect certain date but there is no record on Central about that connection nothing, but checking other systems he access he does in fact connected that day.
