Computer Inventory reporting

Inventory is not matching with the OS reporting wrong on the inventory part compared to the dashboard and what the computer is actually is.  Screenshot below.

Any idea of how to fix this or is it something that is being worked on behind the scenes?

        so....... our rep said they were reaching out about this a couple of weeks ago as well.  Status update?
