how does logme in checks which driver version is missing??
I'm getting a driver update available in the console - Intel Corporation - Display - 2/28/2018 12:00:00 AM - 23.20.16.4973 but the laptop already has a newer driver I have already tried uninstall...

Nope it's not a skipped since it was delivered via windows update, from a fresh install

Are there specific commonalities like OS version, manufacturer, or start date that these PCs have in common?
- oscarwingartz7 years agoNew Contributoryep they do, all of those laptops have windows 10 enterprise, all are lenovo but not the same models and start date it's the uncommon thing

I've checked for similar cases on this issue, but don't have any other customer reports like it lately. Would you be able to create a case with Customer Support when you have one of the affected PCs avaiable to troubleshoot?
